Since the 1990s, there has been growing recognition that EQ (Emotional Intelligence) contributes more significantly to a person’s achievements than their IQ.

The encouraging aspect is that unlike IQ, which remains relatively fixed, emotional intelligence can be developed and enhanced by anyone. Educational institutions have acknowledged this importance, incorporating emotional intelligence into their standard curriculum.
