In this session, we’ll be discussing the last two ‘C’s’ of our series on how to (easily) get chosen as their builder and that is Communication and Collaboration.

In this session, we discuss:

• what to be aware of to set up great communication with your client
• how to position yourself as the authority and expert, and be valued for your contribution
• where homeowners need to have their expectations managed
• creating answers to questions that homeowners don’t know they have yet – so you can differentiate yourself from other builders they may be talking with

“If you are considering developing a sheet like I discussed keep it as a tool you can use at meetings until you build the relationship.The last thing you want is your data being used for projects you have nothing to do with, or being shown to other builders that the designers work with.”
