Huge congratulations on joining ELEVATE. We're so excited to have you join us, and to be helping you improve your projects, business and life.

Most builders who come to ELEVATE complain about not having enough time, not knowing what to focus on first, and feeling frustrated they don't have a better business, or the lifestyle they'd imagined.

And so, for your first 30 days in ELEVATE, we've created a specific pathway for you. This will help you orient you, and enable you to achieve some quick and really impactful wins.

Our ELEVATE Facebook group is where you can get your questions answered, learn from others in the ELEVATE Community, and also get reminders for our calls.

Each week, we also ask you to post your #MondayMomentum and #FridayWins posts, and let us know you've done your #SundaySesh planning too.

Our Facebook group is also the chance for you to practice your social media skills (especially putting your face on camera), so you can then use it in your building business more. We've seen members like you gain a lot of video-ready confidence by practicing in our Facebook group.

The Facebook group is great for general conversation, community connection, and accessing support and help in your projects, business and life.

We believe that what gets scheduled, gets done. We do record all our Zoom calls and add them to the ELEVATE library here, but you'll get the best results if you attend these Zoom calls live. These are a great opportunity to learn, meet with other builders, share your challenges and wins, get help, and also get your questions answered.

We’ve developed the 6P ELEVATOR as a tool to help you identify and benchmark how you’re doing in the 6Ps in your business and life. We review and redo the 6P ELEVATOR with members every 90 days inside ELEVATE.

To get started, complete the 6P ELEVATOR exercise. If this is your first 6P ELEVATOR Wheel, watch the training session (where you'll see the 1 to 10 scale).

Once you’ve done the exercise, we would love you to identify your top 3 goals for the next 90 days. Or, if you’re struggling to figure out what your goals should be, then put your top 3 challenges.

GET 1:1 HELP IN YOUR GOALS FROM DUAYNE ...

Part of your onboarding experience in ELEVATE includes a 1:1 call with Duayne to discuss your learnings and goals from the 6P ELEVATOR exercise inside this ELEVATE course platform.

Once you've completed your 6P ELEVATOR, head to this page to book your complimentary call with Duayne, as part of your first 30 days of ELEVATE Membership.

You’ll have a session with Duayne, tailored to the support you need. We’ll use the session to help you get clarity on the best next steps to take, so you can create some REAL results in your building business.

This session occurs on Zoom, but with no video - so you're able to do it from your office or on the road (just have Zoom downloaded on your phone or mobile device). The session is recorded and sent to you so you're able to relisten to the conversation later.

PAC CHALLENGE

PAC Challenge teaches our PAC Process, where you'll learn how to get Paid As a Consultant during pre-construction.

SYSTEMS LIBRARY

Your first 30 Days in ELEVATE gives you access to specific PAC PROCESS Systems in our Systems Library to assist with actioning the PAC Process.

LESSONS

In your first 30 days in ELEVATE, we've given you access to some specific lessons that (when put into action) will make a big difference in your projects and business.

You'll also get access to any of the Zoom call recordings that happen within your first 30 days of membership.
