Olympic Winning & Winning in Life with Aaron Applefield, Stoic Coaching

This session delves into what sort of commitment and focus it takes to be a champion in competition, versus what sort of commitment it takes to be a champion in relationships. 

Aaron looks at tools to promote winning outcomes across areas of our lives, personally and professionally.

Joining Apples halfway through this session is Paul Gonzalez. Paul is a former Olympian, and has worked domestically and internationally in a variety of sports leadership roles, and currently is President of the Queensland Olympic Committee.

Learning Objectives: from this session, you will learn about:

  1. Mindset comparison – winning in elite sport compared with winning in business
  2. Mindset difference between winning in competition vs winning in relationships
  3. Different life goals take a different mindset approach
