Perception vs Perspective + Eisenhower Matrix Workshop with Aaron Applefield, Stoic Coaching

This session demonstrates that ‘perception’ is about how we sense and interpret the world, while ‘perspective’ is about our viewpoint or attitude toward that interpretation and how we can gain perspective from the viewpoint of others.

Aaron examines how using the Eisenhower Matrix can help to focus on what truly matters, ensuring productive allocation of your own time and resources.

Learning Objectives: from this session, you will learn about:

  1. The difference between perception and perspective
  2. Tips to shift into a perspective when communicating with others and when dealing with obstacles
  3. The Eisenhower Matrix and how to apply it to your daily time management.

You may also want to watch Aaron’s previous training – ‘Take Time to Create More Time’, which touched on the Eisenhower Matrix.
