Personal Strategies for Day to Day Life with Kurt Everard, TIACS
We have done a full loop and are back to the first ‘P’ which, as we know, relates to personal. I understand everyone has done their reviews which I have seen on Facebook. There is quite a mix among self-reporting of well-being, relationships, and self-improvement which I am interested in hearing about.
This month’s session will be broken into two parts. Firstly, I want to give everyone an understanding of the therapeutic process. Anecdotally, it appears that a lot of people do not understand what goes into this process creating considerable uncertainty and ambivalence. Therefore, I would like to shed some light, so you are more prepared if you require counselling or if you need to explain it to someone else.
Secondly, I would like to take a chance to look at some other strategies that can be utilised in day-to-day life. We’ve touched on several and I am keen to continue building on these. So, come in with an open mind, give them a crack and if they don’t work – that is fine!
