Regulating Your Nervous System with Breath with Justin Andrews, Inner Breath
This Session focuses on the importance of breath in regulating the nervous system.
You will learn three specific breathing techniques to use at different times throughout the day:
- one to energise upon waking
- another to regain calmness during stressful moments in the afternoon, and
- a final technique to promote better sleep at night.
A QR code is provided, allowing members to access guided breathwork for each of these techniques.
By the end of the Session, participants will have acquired practical tools to incorporate mindful breathing into their daily lives, thereby enhancing their overall mental and physical well-being.
