In this session, we will explore the reality of stress in the building profession, aiming to enhance your awareness of how it arises, how to manage it, and how to achieve a state of calm and focus. 

You will learn simple techniques to regulate your nervous system and reduce stress, enabling you to handle multiple tasks without remaining in a constant state of fight or flight.
