For a lot of business owners, systems are really, really important. In theory, that is. They know the business needs systems, they can see how not having systems is holding them back. They just can’t figure out how to do something about it in their own business.
So let’s take a shallow dive into systems and build something. We’re going to create a system from start to finish. It’ll cover a ‘real’ process that will help you in your business, not a time-wasting exercise that will leave you frustrated and annoyed.
