In this session Duayne takes you through a spreadsheet that D Pearce Constructions uses to work out exactly how much each employee costs the business, and what he needs to charge them out at to cover costs.

Duayne will cover all the expenses that an employee gets paid, how to clearly know what each team member costs and how to make sure that you are covered for all the time that they actually aren’t making the business money.

After this call you will have the confidence to work out your team’s labour costs so that you allow enough on future proposals, have the knowledge to be able to offer new staff better terms based on real data and understand how to charge correctly for variations that involve labour.
