In this session we take a step back and look at our relationships, or work partnerships in a broader sense. This will be primarily done through focusing reflection on several aspects of your various partnerships. 

Whether it is a client, colleague, contractor or someone else, come prepared to put these various connections under the microscope. 

A strengths-based approach is great and focusing on what we are doing well is important, but it is important to take a step outside our comfort zone if we want our reflective practice to have a wider impact. With this in mind, we will address both sides of the coin. Some of these will have clear answers or seem obvious but they will serve as good reminders, nonetheless
